This is a one time gig, but if it works out, I will likely need more similar type help in the future.

I am a web designer and I have a client who wants a site with some programming needs beyond my skill set.

It is for a duck club.

1. Client wants a member specific login.

2. Once logged in, each member will be able to enter information specific to their duck hunts.

3. This information would comprise of about 5 categories, 4 of which would have sub categories, and a few of which will have sub categories.

4. For example, User A went duck hunting and needs to enter the date, blind #, time they left the blind, the weather, what type of duck they shot (I am not a duck hunter), and the weather. For the type of duck, there would be multiple pre-defined names. For the weather, there would be multiple pre-defined options, some of which would have sub-options to those.

5. Submit.

6. Then there would be a page that would allow the user to view their stats, and those stats would include cummulative stats for their own hunts, and also for all of the members (ie how many duck type A (category 1) were shot in the rain (category 2) in wind from the southwest (category 2a or 3 (not sure exactly how this would work).

I should have in hand a more comprehensive document Tuesday am. And -

He would love for me to get back to him on a tentative quote and timeframe by tommorow night so he can have something to bring to his board meeting on Wed. am.

I would build the site using web-standard XHTML transitional 1.0, and CSS. I am looking for an estimate or range to create what I outlined above. I am not sure yet about hosting, but I think he is flexible and I host via Websitesource.com right now, and would likely add him to my plan, unless other was needed. I think they have both Unix and Windows servers but I would have to check it out.
