Budget: $500 to $1,000

We're in charge of turning this local community website into a more social-oriented, interactive platform. Forums, Q&A, user accounts will be added. We need you to overhaul the look and feel of the website. We're ready to fully trust you on this part. The only requirements we have are the following : 1) have a 'web 2.0' look, ie using gradients, fancy fonts, shadows etc 2) have a very professional look.
