Custom Admin Development

We have a new prospective client that needs a DB ran system that they can basically use to keep track of the staff.

General Functionality

It is a site that both she as the admin can log into.
it is not for the public to see.
It is a site that will have the models profiles on it.
- When a new model logs on they have to read and sign an agreement
- They then have to put all their measurements in
- They have to upload 5 pictures
- These pictures cannot be seen until they are approved by me (this I want to happen any time they change their pics)
- As an admin, I can see everything (all the profiles) but the models can only see theirs.
- On the admin side, I would like to be able to write notes about the models that only myself and Taryn can see.
- Once they are assigned a job, it is put into their account where they
can view the Instructions, what they have to wear, where they are going,
time, date and pay.
- Once they are done their job they have to submit an invoice to me. I would like them to only be able to submit an invoice every two weeks.
- Each models full name is only visible to admin, when we build the client side they see a code (the models user name)
- Each model will have a user id and password
- I need to have a full list of all user id's and passwords only visible to myself.

I want to be able to have all my billing online, so I know how much money is coming in and how much I have to pay out still. This is just visible to me.

I would like to have an area for Not Suitable Models - these are models that I have let go or wouldnt hire. This is only visible to admin. I want it to just have one pic, their name, area they live in and phone number.

I would like to have an area just visible to admin that has all my invoices.   I would like to have a schedule that shows what promo is running each day and who is working it. I would like them to get an automatic reminder the day before that they are working the following day.

Client Side Requirements

- They have a user id and password
- They can log in and fill out a form about what they require
- Which is then sent to me. I build an assignment and post it (if we cant do the client side - I want to be able to just build it and put it into their account)
- They then are able to go on and view each models profile that has applied for their job and select the ones they prefer. I then put it in their account once I see the model they selected.
- They get automatic notices when they owe me money and when they are overdue similar to this (I want to be able to disable this though because some clients take longer to pay and I know that):

This overdue payment is in reference to the LATE PAYMENT of $75.00.

If this payment is not received by September 1st, 2010, interest will accumulate and legal action will be taken.

- The client will be able to view all their invoices on the internet and
what has been paid and what has not.

Also keep in mind - if you feel the budget is not possible please provide a more realistic budget.
