Freelance web designer for wordpress project.

Budget: $2,500 to $5,000

Looking for a total site redesign with a wordpress platform.  The organization needs a dual language site (english/chinese) that has a clean, simple and well designed aesthetic.  The organization has multiple locations where several different employees will be updating information in static/fixed pages and updating content on blog pages.  Current site uses Wordpress and and have found it to be the most accessible to staff that have minimal computer and web design knowledge. 

Current Problems:
Inconsistent navigation.
Not user friendly.
Site structure lacks organization and clarity.
Current design uses stock template that doesn't suit organizations need.
The overall design and aesthetic is bland .
Switching from English to Chinese is difficult and doesn't always work.

What we want to have:
Clear and consistent navigation.
Better organization and structuring of site.
Custom design that reflects character of organization.
Use of media content to better explain different aspects of the organization and the services they offer.

This is a large project with multiple pages for 4 different locations and within those locations separate pages for different branches within the company.  This is an international artist center and a major contributor to the creative industries of China.  Our organization needs a public face on the internet that is reflective of the high caliber of the organization that creates a brand identity domestically and abroad.
