turn-key project, hence need a genius or a do-it-all hack or a team of hacksI am looking for someone who either alone, with his own team or with our web programmer (who is a genius by the way) from scratch can recreate or make a working imitation of two web sites - mail2ftp.com and web2mail.com, both of them would be based in Russia but would be fully multilingual and integrated one with another.

mail2ftp.com and web2mail.com are examples for inspiration, these don't necessarily have to be exact "clones" visually or otherwise

It should be a turn-key project on your part.

We expect a brief and coherent proposal, not just an abstract price or "we'll do that" sort of thing.

We also look for a good designer to design buttons, logos, banners, who is a) culturally aware of what he is doing (doesn't just churn out I-pod layout inspired visual cliches) and can work in language environments other than English (so, if we give him an Arabic script or word and say this banner must be in Art Nouveau inspired style and bear this Arabic - or Chinese - or German - text - and is about that that, we'd get results).
