Move website from Joomla to Wordpress

Budget: $500 to $1,000

We have a gadget news and reviews website called Absolute Gadget (see URL above for details). It is currently running on Joomla but after consultations with an SEO consultant, we realised that our long term future may be in moving the site over to a Wordpress-based CMS.

We need to port over 2,500 articles and if possible keep the SEF urls that they already have.

Also we need use a template that is more in keeping with a news-based site than some kind of blog.
