Animation Guru for a 2 Minute Presentation

Looking for an Animation & Motion Graphics Guru who knows how to produce awesome & professional videos. 

We are a Home Loan Lender looking to educate our consumers on the nuances of mortgage financing.  We intend to do this using a medium that is perfect for explaining complex concepts into a simple to understand formation - Video. 

We already have a powerpoint created to explain the scenario. What we need is a person/company who can take the powerpoint we have now and turn it into a video that looks something like this:

We plan on continuously doing 2-3 videos (less than 2 minutes) each month to build a great resource library for mortgage lending.  To do this, we would like to develop a long-term relationship with someone who is not only very skilled at motion graphics and animation, but who has great communication skills and who consistently delivers in a timely manner.
