Freelance Direct Response Web Copywriter

Budget: $10,000 +

We are a rapidly growing internet marketing company seeking a skilled direct-response copywriter interested in regular ongoing copy assignments. This is a great role for someone who is a quick learner, reliable and interested in a long-term, stable writing gig.
 
We can offer you regular assignments, starting at 5 to 10 hrs/wk (more if you want) and plenty of variety and flexibility to work when and where you like. We can also provide you with training resources and mentoring in order to grow your skills.
 
Our copywriters are an integral part of our business. They write lively, results-driven copy that motivates prospects to act.
Typical projects include:
- Opt-in landing pages
- Website copy (home pages, about us, FAQ, contact us etc.)
- Special Reports / White Papers
- Autoresponder series
- The occasional print letter or ad

Most copy jobs we specify are relatively short (1 to 4 hours) with a turnaround of 72 hours (negotiable).

Because we maintain an ongoing relationship with our clients, it is likely you will write many pieces for the one client over time – saving you mundane administration and research time and leaving more time to focus on WRITING.

There will also be longer briefs e.g. copy for entire websites, typically 8 to 12 hours' work, with 7 to 10 day turnarounds.
 
The successful applicants will have a sound grounding in direct-response copywriting principles (you will know your A-I-D-A inside out!), have written at least 50 marketing pieces for a minimum of 5 companies and have experience writing promotions that achieved strong marketing results. Obviously, you will also have familiarity and experience writing common web copy formats.
