We are a small web design, development and marketing company based in Toronto, CA with a need for a talented freelance flash designer / developer to help with the project load. We are looking for someone to count on for flash design projects on a ongoing basis.
Professional Requirements: - 3+ Years of professional experience in web design & flash preferred - Will consider a college senior or recent graduate with strong portfolio - Strong flash design skills to build flash applets or full flash-based websites - XML / flash integration with server-side applications - Actionscript 2+ expertise - Strong visual design skills and ability to design attractive websites
Personal Requirements: - Strong work ethic - Ability to work on short notice with quick turnaround - A self-started who can work independently - Very organized, good communication skills
Location: - Local presence in Toronto not required, but preferred. - Must have high-speed internet and ability to work remotely and communicate effectively through email, IM and phone.
Typical projects may include: designing flash websites, developing flash sites based on pre-defined designs, flash advertisements & animations.
