Looking for a web designer

Budget: $100 to $500

MEV is a New York based web and software development company. We are currently looking for a web designer to work with us on more or less continuous basis. First project for you will be to finalize somewhat mostly completed project, probably tweaking it a little bit(hence the budget, though it's not set in stone).
Requirements:

• Experience in designing websites :)
  
• Ability to communicate on a daily basis, either over the phone, IM, Email. 
  
• Good working knowledge of best web design practices. 
  
• Understanding of limitations and possibilities of HTML/CSS, JavaScript and Flash. You don’t need to code in any of these, but you need to know what each one of these technologies is for and what it’s capable of.
  
• A track of successful projects with timely delivery
  
• Ability to cater to client’s requirements and change visual style and design approach. You know - design for a Fortune 500 company may slightly differ from a design for the local bakery website. We would hope you can produce both.
  
• Good understanding of typography on the web
  
• Understanding of user oriented web design(i.e. usability, UX and all these fashionable things)
  
• We will need you to sign an NDA with us
  

• Capable of creating or tweaking illustrations and using them in your work
  
• Located in New York or somewhere around it
  
• Eager to work with small, lean team of developers
  
• Have experience designing UI for web applications
