Outstanding Virtual Assistant

I am in need of a Virtual Assistant to look after my erratic activities. The ideal person will need to be very well organized as a major priority and have excellent organizational skills to plan workflow and projects within multiple organizations.
Our business consists primarily of web development using the Joomla CMS as our predominant tool. As offshoots of this we also do training, produce information manuals, develop lead generation websites, create videos and do search engine optimization work. As you will see, our work is very broad and varied and there is always something exciting happening and new things to learn.
Due to considerably increased work volumes, we have recently engaged two staff and we are confident this growth will continue.
This position will initially be on an hourly basis as we trial systems and ensure that the selected person is a good match for the business. Based on a successful trial, we envisage the position becoming full time.
The successful applicant will most definitely need a sense of adventure and be keen to learn new skills.
So, who is this super person we seek? Well obviously they may not exist in the purest form, but here is a list of desirable qualities:-

• Well rounded level of experience in business support

You will need skills in the following:-
• Open Office or Microsoft Office for word processing and spreadsheets
• Knowledge of Joomla CMS for management of content including addition and editing.
• Top level skills in English, both spoken and written
• Keynote and/or Powerpoint presentation editing
• ActivCollab Project Management software
• Ability to do online research and prepare written reports
• Knowledge of SEO including backlinking systems
• How to respond to forum posts
• Understanding of article marketing and submission procedures
• Knowledge of internet marketing
• Ability to research and write blog posts and emails to our list
• Probably several other things we haven't thought of!
