Jr. Interactive Project Manager Sarkissian Mason, an award-winning interactive agency with offices in New York, LA, Phoenix and Detroit is seeking a Interactive Project & Account Manager for the Phoenix office. We are a full service interactive advertising agency dedicated to creating cutting edge motion, print, TV, online and graphic design solutions for a diverse range of international clients. Responsibilities: The Interactive Project & Account Manager will need to work in between Production & Account Directors and the various project teams to manage project progress & client relations on a day to day basis, on projects including; websites, online advertising, web applications, web-based tools, online video, games and animation. Specific responsibilities include; · Manage and deliver interactive projects on budget, on time, and on schedule · Manage all aspects of project: scope, risk, schedule, budget, quality, and communication · Prepare project documentation: Project plans, Project charters, Status reports, Risk Assessment plans, Change Requests, Resource Requests, Creative Briefs · Participate in internal reviews including; post project reviews, internal process initiatives and ongoing improvement practices. · Work closely with the Account Director, communicate with clients and teams on an ongoing basis and ensure changing resource and project requirements are met and understood · Manage all project related requests with the client · Participate in client pitches and proposals by preparing related materials. · Leverage project knowledge and client relationships to assist in revenue growth within the account. Required Skills / Experience: · 2+ years project management experience managing multi-phased complex interactive and/or technology projects. · A track record delivering complex projects on time and on budget while maintaining effective client and team relationships · Thorough understanding of internet technologies · In depth knowledge of project management tools, best practices and processes · Highly developed communication, presentation, leadership, facilitation and negotiation skills · Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent experience and successful completion of project management and business courses. · Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus · HTML & Programming experience a plus Attributes: · Efficient & self-motivated · Detail oriented & well organized · Assertive & proactive · Thrives in a changing, dynamic environment · Calm and patient under pressure SM offers Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation, Performance Based Bonuses, and a Salary Commensurate with Experience.
