Design & Develop from scratch: Online music publication.

Needs: HTML 5, CSS3, CMS (prefer WP), community forum, video/audio player

Ideally I'm looking for a team that can both design and develop the online music publication. I'm hoping for a Chicago-area designer so we can discuss the project face-to-face which makes it easier to convey ideas.Content for the site is already being generated and the final step is the actual creation of the website.
