Create web/blog and podcast site using Squarespace template

Phase One:I want to have a M-W-F blog site up and running by April 20th.  The 3x postings per week are about 600-700 words long each.  I also will post the same thing in an audio format / "podcast" at the same time.  Audio files are about 5 minutes in length.I've already selected the Squarespace template (See at http://cosmicporch.squarespace.com/) I want to use.  The site will have a single Bio page.I want to archieve all the weekly postings, both print and audio files, for easy site access.Site will have a list of links that I can easily edit.Site will need to easily adapt for future ads.People should be able to recieve free subscriptions to the podcasts so it is sent to them each time I post.Site intention is to look very clean and refreshing, uncluttered, inviting, calming....Site visuals are to bring the visitors to the written and audio message.  The visuals need to support that.  Actually, I think that's going to be pretty easy because of the template I want to use does exactly that already.  So it should be fairly easy to stay with that visual theme and feeling.   Phase two:    I will be adding an additional single audio file weekly, accessible to all.  I have three different CD's (hardcopies) to sell from the site.  I want to sell downloads of the CD's and single tracks .
Please price separately according to the two phases listed.  Phase two does NOT have a timeline yet.  Once phase one is done I'l have a better feel for that.  Thanks for taking a look at my project!  John Johnston
