Freelance Ruby on Rails Developer

We're looking for 1 or 2 freelance RoR developers for various projects. The workload would be semi-regular.

We build websites and web applications. Websites with social networking aspects, web applications for specific industries and tools used internally to manage businesses.

You should have rockin RoR skills and also have great problem solving ability. We expect you to be able to work independently, and be comfortable and maybe even enjoy making development decisions on your own occasionally.

We like to work in a way loosely based on agile methodologies, but we'll also typically come up with a project estimate prior to starting the work. So we'll expect you to be able to review our requirements, ask us questions and basically work as a team member to help estimate the project the best we can.

In addition to RoR, you should have a strong practical knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery and/or MooTools and AJAX. You should be able to develop functionality and make it sexy too!
