FLASH Developer for interactive online design application

I have a client that is interested in adding a fully interactive design application for building marketing materials (flyers, postcards, business cards, etc) via their website. Paid clients will be able to step through the process of selecting the design from a bank of basic templates (provided to you and maintained by the site admin), and from there, will be able to design the finished product (add text in various colors and fonts, add images from our bank or upload their own, draw shapes, etc). The finished product needs to be press-ready (300 DPI PDF file or the like).

The website design will be provided to you for design integration, but you will not need to build the site. Your job will be to build the design application and fit it to the layout and design interface.

Some key features:

* the site admin neds the ability to maintain the template bank (add new ones, delete old ones, edit existing ones, etc). Something to the effect of logging in as admin, using the design tool then being given the option of saving the design as a public template.

* the clients should also be able to save their designs as templates for their accounts. the application will be tied to a user database for access to finalize a design/save it.

* the final product will need to be save in both a high-res press-ready version and a low-res proof that will be emailed to the client.
