Freelance Programmer for opencv finger tracking

Opencv is a great tool to create motion tracking software. It, by default, comes with the camshiftdemo to present this motion tracking. I'm looking for a person who has the knowledge to convert this motion tracking to cursor movement. Where the user can control the cursor by using the motion of the object they are tracking. The user should be able to click by doing an air tap, a gesture you would do as if you were tapping on a real touch screen device. The program should be able to allow the cursor to interact with the entire OS as a normal mouse would.

At a higer phase, the program should also be able to detect multiple fingers to bring the user multi-touch support. This program would create a 3D multi-touch environment as the user interacts in the airspace in front of their computer and the only additional required hardware would be the user's webcam.
