I am looking for a developer (or team) who will be able to replicate a service similar to Twitter. For the purposes of this estimate, imagine that it will have the same functionality of the service as it is now. Developer must also be hardware knowledgeable and be able to list requirements for running their application (although I am not asking that the hardware be included in the bid). The service needs to be accessible from a five digit SMS code (include cost) and manageable from a web-based interface.
