Developer to transfer current website to Wordpress, similar to FreelanceSwitch

I would like to redesign my website using Wordpress. I’m looking for something similar to FreelanceSwitch.com, including the look and feel of it. I’ve already started designing the look and feel, but I need help with the development of the site. The idea is to have a blog, an art directory (where all types of artists will be able to register for a free account and later be able to upgrade it to a paid account), and a resources section. Also, having social capabilities is something I'm interested in. For example, those in the art directory can add others to their friend's list and send them messages. Like I said, I want something similar to FreelanceSwitch.com. If you're certain that you can help me with this project please contact me.
