Design Job needed for Pain.com

Pain.com is looking for a new web 2.0 design. We want someone to create a PSD or PNG mock up. Site is www.pain.com. Requirements include addressing our two target audiences – medical professionals and pain information seeking consumers. (separate but equal focus from the home page) Menu functionality should allow users to access a multitude of pages from the home page. Think expandability. Place focus on major components - News, Topics CME, CE, Pain Information, libraries, special features.
 
Mock up should include:
·        Home page

·        CME center

·        Two variations of a Sub page (two column and three column)

 
Home page should include: (Following current layout is not required, we just need to get the focus of two separate audiences who may also share interests.)
·        Standard navigation (adjustable)

·        Place for polls

·        Fact of the day

·        News content for professionals and consumers.

 
CME Center needs functionality to navigate to our instruction in an easier format.
Links to friends and partner CME is required.
