Looking for freelancer for web design and new logo

We are looking for a designer to help develop a new information portal website in the medical science/biotech field.  We care about having a well designed site that people will enjoy using.  We would like to keep the site minimalistic with nice crisp graphics, clear iconography, and presentation.

Requirements are fairly standard for a website:
- homepage
- product page - information and text
- search results page
- forms (contact us, login page etc.)
- about us, sitemap etc.
- image gallery 

In addition to the web design we are also looking for a logo for the site.  Also some other graphics such as an information graphic (one image) and a favicon for the site.
