I am looking for a Flash or Flex Google 3D map, using GGoogle Maps API for Flash - 3D Maps.

Should include standard Google Map 3D Flash controls.

Need to have a could overlays of custom ground layers and checkbox to turn on and off. Arbitrary layers, I will change layer images later.

Need to have a PaperVision3D object placed on the map. Arbitrary object, I will change later.

Need to have an XML list of addresses for markers placed on the map. I need to be able to add and edit the list.

Need to plot map directions from one location to another, using the xml list from above/editable field to type custom address.

I have done all of these items individually in Flash/Flex Builder using Google Maps API for Flash - 3D Maps, however I need it all integrated in one application. I would prefer Flex.
