Web/Interactive Developer

Company: LOUD! Creative Group Job Title: WEB PROGRAMMER - INTERACTIVE DEVELOPER Description: Full-time Position LOUD! Creative Group is a leading web design and development firm based in the Houston, Texas Metroplex, serving clients from coast to coast, and around the world. LOUD! Creative was ranked in the TOP 20 WEB DEVELOPMENT FIRMS by the Houston Business Journal. ROLE OVERVIEW: Your primary focus as a Web/Interactive Developer would be to develop and implement database and software driven web products, and existing LOUD! tools & products would be a strong focus. This individual would be responsible for high coding standards, quality of production, optimal functionality and performance for entire projects. This individual would also be responsible for client interaction, determining client needs at project inception, as well as clearly articulating product functionalities, benefits and limitations in a consultative fashion. TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS: Strong portfolio and resume of proven experience and successes on previous projects. Must have an extensive knowledge of Flash, Action Script, HTML, CSS, PHP, MySql, OOP, Java Script and Ruby on Rails knowledge would be great. Must be experienced in large-scale web development projects. Strong communication skills are a must for the purpose of interacting with LOUD! clients, as well as our own internal design, programming and executive teams. PERSONAL QUALITIES: We're seeking an individual with strong relational and communication skills... with someone who thrives on teamwork, but who also has the independence and leadership to be self-motivated, productive and consistently able to get the job done efficiently and effectively. This position calls for someone that codes and performs accurately, and that has a reasonable threshold for stress tolerance.
