Experienced Rails developer (one person or team) for CMS + more

The Bright Path is a worldwide organization teaching ancient meditation techniques called The Ishayas' Ascension. A new website is overdue and we are looking into the possibility to make a complete backend and supporting databases in Rails. A very short description: - Has a relatively simple and intuitive interface for publishing information, both to the internet (Phase 1) and an eventual Intranett (Phase 2?) - Is Open source and built on well known technology. - Makes it possible to set up a simple intranet-site that covers the functionality of a wiki (i.e. articles, files and stuff) - Has an organisation module - Has File/Image archive modules - Has a Publishing module - Has a plethora of other interesting modules (calendar, forum, etc.) - Stores contact information entered through forms in a database. We want to hire one person or a team to develop our complete backend and more. It will be a job that might go on for years for the right person(s).
