Dynamic flash site coding with deep linking

We have a website that has been designed in photoshop and we are looking for a very good flash developer who can:

1. Take the existing psd and put in flash
2. Set up all calls to pull content via xml or MySQL
3. Provide deep linking and allow navigation through the site via URL
4. Confirm the site will be SEO friendly using latest standards
5. Social Media/Sharing tie in for content such as AddThis.com
6. Code all flash using AS 3.0

You will not need to design but have enough attention to detail to keep the design consistent with what we have as well as provide transitions between scenes/pages.

If you can do the following please send examples of dynamic flash sites you have coded that include deep-linking with url navigation and are SEO friendly.
