I need a simple WP theme developed with left vertical navigation (pages only) needs to support sub-navigation with jQuery/MooTools style animation. (example: http://greengeckodesign.com/projects/menumatic/examples/vertical/)

Index.php, single.php, and page.php can have same layout. Can be simple layout.

Elements:

container width = minimum of 780px

1) Header - will contain header image, logo, etc.
2) Left Vertical Navigation - will contain only pages (one containing "the blog loop") - also needs to support sub navigation (see site above)
3) A main content area
4) Footer

Only layout CSS is needed. I will style everything later.
