Information Based Websites Design Project

The development of this project is for the outline and development of two websites, one for the United Small Business Cooperative and the United Green Business Cooperative. Both websites are information-based websites. Each website will have base systems with a php programming backend with a CMS, and Members login and site access. The site would also use payment processing for membership.   Budget per website is $1500 US. Would ask for the selected bid to be within or under the budget per website. Would also ask for a development time line of 15 working days or less. Would appreciate the signing of a standard NDA agreement. Methods / modes of payment used are Pay Pal and in some cases bank to bank transfer when apply.   Would appreciate only serious, dedicated providers with strong skills in the development arenas paramount to this project.
