Need alterations done with a PSD template & Wordpress Template (ThemeForest)

Step 1:

I'm looking for a Designer/Programmer that can take the following templates top half (Banner/Header).

Modern Business 4

And code it into the already coded word press theme.

Pandora (WordPress)

I would like if the RSS button on the top half of "Modern Business 4" was a twitter bird peeking over the header/banner like I've seen around.

Step 2:

I would love to have the 503 pages from the "Modern Business 4" template!

Step 3:

I would like to have an easy PSD file to change the color of the bubble background on the banner portion of "Modern Business 4" so I can write my own script to change colors of the background with the months holidays.

For example:

Octoboer: Orange (Halloween)
November: Brown (Thanks Giving)
December: Green (Christmas)

The change will be javascript and literally change before you eyes if your on the page at the right time of the change to occur.

Step 4:

Logo Design for my web site Unique-Host.net

Step 5:

Would like the White portion of "Pandora" to be darker to give the theme a Dark Theme look.

Step 6:

Would need a couple banners created to work with the new slider you just programmed :)
