CSS/XHTML Expert Coder

Budget: Don't Know

Hello. I'm looking for a CSS/XHTML coder who can work fast.  You should be accessible daily though IM. You'll be using the 960.gs grid (http://960.gs/) to code your templates.

Your CSS/XHTML code should be valid on all major browsers and your layouts are tableless. You should know how to code images as backgrounds (such as for logos, etc.). You also know how to code bulleted navigation, bulleted list items, images through CSS background, and no br tags. Your XHTML pages should be easily readable (and clean) if the CSS sheet is disabled.

I do not have a high budget so I will choose someone who is affordable and can get things done quickly.

You should also have an eye for detail and design, can design a very nice website, and be familiar with Javascript as well.
