We are looking for dedicated business teams or firms (preferred) to manage orders for our online retail shop. We represent 7 different distributors (and drop shippers). Essentially we will give you backend access to our shopping cart where you may view incoming orders. You will then have to make an order for the product bought off our site to one of our 7 suppliers (each supplier provides different products so we will provide you with a matching sheet to check which supplier to place an order through) through their specific ordering method. Some will require an email in a specific format, and others will require you to place a direct order through their website.

There are time constraints in this work. We run a giftbasket and floral shop, so orders placed before 12:00 PM EST will need to be delivered that same day. This means that all orders will need to be processed (order submitted to the supplier) in a 24 hour period by 12:00 PM EST. For example, if an order is placed on 12:01 PM EST on 1/23/08, it must be processed before 12:00 PM EST on 1/24/08. An order that is placed on 11:59 AM EST on 1/24/08 must also be processed by 12:00 PM EST.

There are no holidays or weekends allowed in this contract. Orders must always be processed everyday according to the 12:00 PM EST time restriction. This is why we are only allowing established teams and firms to apply. Payment for your services is made every 2 weeks. Pay is based on the number of orders processed in the last 2 weeks. (Please note the compensation during holiday times.) Our pay is not really negotiable as we believe that our pricing is generous.

Normal Season: 200 orders or less: $0.40 per order processed on time 201 to 500 orders: $0.50 per order processed on time 501 to 900 orders: $0.65 per order processed on time 901 to 1700 orders: $0.80 per order processed on time 1701 orders to 5000 orders: $0.90 per order processed on time Above 5000 orders: $1 per order processed on time

Holiday Season: Add $0.15 to each order processed

Late Processing: 50% deduction of payment fee for first 20 late processed orders. (per late order) 80% deduction of payment fee for more than 20 late late processed orders. (per late order)

Applicant Requirements: Must have mastery of the english language. Must be familiar with Shopping Carts (we are using creloaded pro) Must have Microsoft Word and Excel Must be able to process orders ON TIME and EVERYDAY even holidays or any emergencies.

It is expected that most sales (sometimes 700% increase) will be made on holidays. So again, we want to emphasize that we need a reliable group of people to operate with. Though payment is made every 2 weeks, we hope to develop a long term relation ship.

This work consists of mostly simplying copying/pasting, sending emails to customers of tracking orders, and updating our database or orders. It is simple work but requires dedication and diligence. Do not bother applying if you have no experience, working individually, or have no way of us being able to check your work history, past clients or credit history.
