FOUNDERS IN DISTRESS We are a California-based start-up just beginning to test our beta. It’s an HTML social networking site with a video editor built in Flash 9.0.115. The problem is we can’t get video playback working as smoothly as we’d like and are looking for a Flash Warrior to act as a consultant to our development team.
