We’re looking for someone to do compliant and clean HTML/CSS from scratch for new sites and also updates and maintenance on past sites.

-Solid skills with XHTML, CSS, XML, JS (Scriptaculous, Prototype)
-Skilled at cross-browser compatibility code
-Proficient with Photoshop for saving graphics for web
-Ability to clearly document, track, and squish web bugs
/// Bonus Points:
-You can get around in ActionScript
-You have Ruby on Rails experience or interest
-You tend to have a good eye for type and color on the web
-You physically work in Oregon / Washington
