Web Designer - Logo Designer - Graphic Artist needed.

We're looking for:
1) Logo Design (preferably 8-10 iterations)
2) Logotype
3) Home page redesign (CSS, PHP, Ajax)
4) 2-4 custom page templates to go with the home page
 
Home page redesign will include a reworking of the home page elements with retention and reflection of certain elements of initial design (banner art, ice background, tag cloud)
 
Elements will include:
A) Artwork which reflects the new branding but retains and reflects the banner art and ice background.
B) Plug-in upgrades or smoothing to make more elegant
C) Menu bar location change
D) Reworking of the existing elements will require someone who has strength in Wordpress under-the-hood workings (PHP, Ajax, CSS)

Site Details

We're an established Canadian sport-art site who recently lost a key graphic designer.  We need to finish what's been done and get our site ready for the upcoming season.  Our site is an exploration of the intersection of sport, art and culture through the use of poetry, articles, numbers and short stories.  We focus on the Montreal Canadiens and navigate the iconography of this storied franchise.
 
The site has been "live" since October of 2008 and is close to its official publicity and launch date, in late September.
