I have just a budget of $50 for a logo design for an online forum. If you do well on this first one I'll be more than happy to give you a second and third one as well.
I'm looking for a logo designer who has an eye for what looks good in a logo. Preferably you have:

3+ years of logo design experience
3+ years of Illustrator/Photoshop experience
a passion and talent for design
religiously follow design websites such as PSDTuts, LogoPond, etc.

Please include some of your previous works when you apply, and also answers to these questions:

How much do you charge for a typical logo design?
How many concepts and revisions are included?
How much do you charge for an extra concept?
