Awesome Blog designer needed!

Hello Freelancers,
I'm creating a blog for a very specific niche and require a rockstar designer to create a blog design that really resonates with my niche.

I have a fairly strong idea of what I'm looking for, but don't have the necessary skills to bring it to life. So I'm looking for someone who can take a bunch of mood boards, a creative brief and a few inspirations and transform it into a reality.
You'll need to be able to take my ideas and infuse them with their own to create a blog design that not leaves a lasting impression with users, but converts well.

The ability to take constructive criticism is a necessity, as is attention to detail. Previous experience is not a necessity, as long as, you have the passion, desire and skills to produce excellent work.

so as you can see; I'm looking to create a monochrome site with a funky fresh feel, that uses flashes of color to great effect.
