I need someone who is competent when it comes to integrating systems. I need FlashCom's Community Chat Integrated with vBulletin 3.8.2.

FlashComs have sent me the PHP Handlers required as well as a detailed step by step guide on how to integrate everything simply but I do not have the time to do this at the moment.

FlashComs is asking for 100USD for their guys to integrate this.
