PSD to Wordpress Coder

I'm in need of a talented, but affordable Wordpress coder, to undertake a few psd to Wordpress projects.
These include a couple of redesigns, some themes for ThemeForest, and the development of a new website.
I'm a designer myself, so am very easy to work with on such projects. However, I've had my fingers burnt several times recently, with very unreliable developers, who either don't begin a project, or disappear midway through. Reliability is highly important to me, and I'm looking to someone who will get back to me quickly, keep me updated, and most important of all, complete their projects on time.
Rates can be discussed. I don't have a massive budget at this time, but am willing to provide a series of small-medium sized jobs, on a fairly regular basis.
Prospective developers should send me examples of their work, and a portfolio if possible. As mentioned earlier, reliability is key, so I'm ideally looking for someone with whom I can talk over projects via IM, and hopefully build up a good working relationship over time.
