Thanks for taking time to look at my ad. Here are a couple conditions that you may want to know up front. 

1) We are under an extremely tight deadline and need to have something to show by monday morning (6/29) EST. So you would have to be able to meet that deadline.
2) Please respond directly to the details in this posting. We don't have time, and won't read through spam responses, cut/paste portfolios, etc. We would like to see that you at least read through our ad and are responding with a plan of sorts (specifically, how you would transition the photos, etc). Now for the ad....

I am linking a screenshot of the homepage design we need to be turned into flash. There is a large background photo which needs to transition through 7 images via flash. The transition/animation doesn't have to be a groundbreaking effect, but something like looks nice and interesting.  There is also text at the top of the mock up that says "Live the Park Way". We would like that to materialize via flash animation. Lastly, there is an icon near the bottom next to the words Light. Space. Nature. We would like for that to do something nice as well, like appear in the trees and drop into the position it's in in the mock up.

There is a two tabbed menu on the left of the shell that will have information and a link or two. That can all be done in flash, but we would strongly prefer that it be done in HTML so that it can be editable in our CMS. It isnt a must however.
