Simple XML Menu

I need a simple menu built that mimics the look of this site:

It needs to be 100% XML based and the colors should be editable in the XML.

The font will be embedded and that can be updated in the flash file.

I'm looking for AS2 or AS3.

XML
Colors Should be in XML
Should be able to be loaded into other movie clips and stretched easily.
Should remember what the last click was and show it in the menu. Option in XML.

That's it. I need this quick and don't have time to code it myself so shoot me 2 things:
