Budget: Don't Know

The task is to create a WP blog template that will be installed into WPMU 2.7.1 blogs.
The template needs to include the following ad spaces:

1)  Top : LeaderBoard 728 * 90.
2)  Left Top : Text / Very Small Ads 160 * 90 
3)  Left Bottom: Wide Skyscrapter 160 * 600 
4) Right Top : 2   125 * 125 buttons 
5) Right Bottom : 300 * 250 square, that can morph into 160*600 for some ads 

Copies of this template will need the following design versions created:

Celebrity: Hollywood Actress, Bollywood Actress, Super Models, Adult Models(no nudity) 
Sports: Golf Stars, Tennis Stars, Basketball Stars, Golf, Tennis, Basketball, Soccer, Cricket, Cheerleaders
Travel: Cities, Airlines, Car Rentals, Cruises
Pageants: Contests, Shopping, Winners
Shopping : Gadgets, Cloths, Shoes, Adult(no nudity)
Education: Degrees, Tests / Dorm
Information: Lawyers, Tax, Insurance, Credit Cards

1. Themes need to be optimized for size and load speed
2. The list of site pages need to accept up to 20 pages without breaking layout
3. Individual blog admins, not WPMU admins, need to be able to change the main image in the template from their control panel to brand their blog
