Lead Flash Developer - Full Time Position

Here’s what we need from you:

Translate designs accurately and seamlessly into animations through creative collaboration.
Work on multiple projects concurrently, as required.
Strong portfolio of Flash-based animations with 4+ years of experience in -Flash Design and/or Scripting.
Expert level Actionscript programming and OOP.
Expert knowledge of Flash Compression techniques.
Expert knowledge of Flash animation techniques using both the timeline and programmatic motion.
Experience with XHTML/Javascript.
Experience integrating dynamic data (XML/JSON/AJAX) with Flash.
Proficient with Photoshop and Illustrator.
AS3 should be second nature.
Must be able to work in a collaborative environment with designers and coders.
Keep up with latest in Flash technology and code, always trying to find better ways to do things.
Sense of humor.

Bonus points:

Experience with PHP/CSS.
Proficient with Indesign.
