Need a stellar designer to help with iPhone and Web design

I have a project that will require designing UI screens for an iPhone application and related web page. I already have the wireframes in place but need a beautiful, edgy and usable design for the app.

Experience with flash is a plus but not required. Please make sure to include a link to your portfolio along with your process and price structure for design projects.

The project is ready to begin once I find the right designer.
