What is Gemory?

Gemory is an exciting 3 years-old start-up that applies nano-technology to the diamond industry (www.gemory.com) by injecting nano-photographs inside the gemstone without changing its re-sale value. The photograph can be observed easily with Gemory’s proprietary portable viewer. This is a unique gift to customize people’s diamond for any celebration: wedding, engagement, anniversary, birth, graduation, religious occasions, etc.

 

Compensation:

We are looking for someone to join the Gemory team as a consultant. We will share a percentage of the profit from the gemory.com sales.

 

Job Description

We already have an E-Commerce site but a new version. Site is for both new diamond + nano-photo (NEW) and just nano-photo (current website).

We are looking for someone with excellent Zen-Cart, Flash and Design skills.

1.     Design.

a.     Design layout optimization for all pages. We already have an overall new design (not layout, but background). You need to implement it. Make sure there is consistency on the site design.

b.    Review layout per page and provide 3 suggestions per page. Then implement the chosen one.

2.     E-Commerce. Optimize website E-Commerce architecture E-commerce: we already have Zen Cart implemented on our website as you can see: www.gemory.com.

a.     Provide 3 site architecture plans. Purchase process must be simple. Implement chosen one.

b.    Implement live chat assistance (leave and retrieve message is offline)

c.     Other

                                          i.    Add Cart.

                                         ii.    Upload photo capability. Make sure it is applicable it has smallest size (100*100 pixels) limit and format (tif, jpeg, bmp, gif).

                                        iii.    New product photographs & integration to site.

                                        iv.    SEO

                                         v.    Security icons integrations: MacAfee live check, etc.

                                        vi.    Update link for all PR.

                                       vii.    Implement PR

 

d.    Simplify and Provide Zen cart file systems (page location and directory).

e.     Optimize, correct and Implement new text.

3.     Flash:

a.     develop a simple application to integrate on our website that allows potential buyers to upload their photograph convert from color to grayscale and see how it would look like on a real diamond (2D is OK, 3D is best). The user is able to navigate easily using the mouse in 2D or 3D.

b.    Provide 3 concepts on 2D and 3 concepts on 3D then implement the chosen one.

4.     Site must be completely tested.
