Very Talented PHP Developer Needed!

I’m looking for a very talented developer with a strong attention to detail who will bring his/ her own ideas to the mix. I’ve been through many developers in the past who simply want to take the basic concept of my design and run with it, instead of seeing all the details and adding them accordingly. Skills – The right candidate will have an excellent work ethic, write clean code, and be privy to latest web trends (web 2.0), etc. A strong knowledge of the following is a must : - HTML/ XHTML - CSS - AJAX - PHP/ MYSQL - Design tool knowledge, able to slice AI and PSD files (Must have Illustrator & Photoshop to extract layers to create PNG files etc) - Able to develop in (or experience with) Joomla, Drupal and other PHP CMS - Able to create custom PHP Content Management Systems.
