Good Spanish Speaking/Writing Graphic/Web Designer Needed!

Need web designer with good Spanish speaking and writing skills to help me complete new website redesign project. What I need from you: Good working knowledge of Web 2.0, CSS, AJAX and HTML Good Spanish Speaking and Writing Some SAVA CMS knowledge a plus but not required. Coldfusion Programming Knowledge a plus but not required. This is a Website Re-design and it needs to be completed by the end of this month. Depending on our work relationship I could handle over more web design and graphic design projects in the future
