We are searching for a top notch graphic designer for upcoming web projects. We are looking for a person who can be our partner on projects, not just a freelancer looking for their next project. We want a true artist that's able to go elbow deep into a project and create stunning work. Our dream designer has the ability to combine typography, usability and design in a fluid and compelling fashion. You must understand the current state of the Web including usability, design trends and current technologies related to web design. However no programming is required. Flash animation skills are a bonus but not required.
