Creative Web designer

We are Web technology firm looking to partner with a graphic designer on several projects. We want to form a long term partnership with someone who is a full time freelance designer. Current projects range from full brand creation for a Web portal to small facebook widgets. You will not be doing any coding, only creating the design. Final deliverables will be a psd along with any other source files (stock photos, fonts, etc). Requirements: - Excellent Photoshop skills - Excellent understanding of Web usability - Ability to contribute new ideas to the creative process - Ability to create a variety of design styles - A Fast learner who is able to immerse yourself in the client's business category - Understanding of basic front end technologies - Understanding of current design trends Desired: - Flash animation and video
