Designer/Developer for Music Website

Budget: Don't Know

I'm still working out a few of the details in my head and trying to get them on paper so I can explain them to someone else. I want the site to rely heavily on Worpress and the homepage will be mostly a portal for the WP posts. Knowledge of building a theme and matching it to the website design will be necessary. Joomla is also an option so that would help as well. I have a rough sketch layout put together in photoshop, I just need someone to fine tune it a bit and then take care of the development aspect. I would prefer to have someone in the Chicago area so we could meet and talk about it but it may be possible to work something out across the web.
