I am in need of a website designer that is able to fulfill the following requirements: 1) Create a website that links up job seekers and company job postings, and enable companies to post their vacancies. This site will be created for a specific industry so its search capabilities I would like to be able to customize so that it only pulls up positions that pertain with certain key words. It will search from internal database of jobs and job seekers, as well as search outside pre-existing job sites. From there, users will be able to do custom searches that further narrows down their individual search criteria. Users will be able to post job vacancies and contract requirements, personal profiles with resumes, allow users to bid on contracts and apply for positions, with interactive user accounts that saves users searches, profiles, alerts, accounts, and preferences. This website will need to have the interactive function of creating user accounts where resumes and jobs can be posted and continuously updated and modified, with email alerts when users specified searches meet their criteria. Furthermore, the users account will allow them to network with others in this industry.
