Redesign existing website and create newsletter

We are shifting the business from an independent contractor to an entrepreneurial, small business. Our goal is to communicate that message to all the parties we interact with through monthly emailed newsletters and our website. Scope of project: Redesign elements of our existing site, Design an email template that matches our site, Post monthly newsletters to the site, archive and search older issues, Capture visitor and subscriber information, Support for site maintenance, Allow ProActiveCM to upload newsletters and maintain content on the frequently changing newsletter page Budget Money has been allocated for this immediate project. Timeframe We want to begin sending emails February 15th. The website redesign needs to be complete by that date. 12/30/08- Complete redesign concept of existing pages to determine new website look 1/15/08- Layout of newsletter and email format ready for first mailing 2/15/08- first mailing to clients. Website complete Description of work Our current website is www.proactivecm.net. There are some items that we want to retain. We are looking for ideas and redesigns on most pages. Details are outlined in our RFP which is available upon request
